has views of the tree-lined Paseo San Juan from all
the bedrooms, as well as the living/dining room. It
has marble floors in the living area and two of the
bedrooms, and the original 100-year-old mosaic floor
in the main bedroom. This apartment building also has
a rooftop terrace. A great choice for your stay in Barcelona!
The apartment sleeps 8 although an occupancy of 5-6
would be the ideal.

location is very centric, halfway between Casa Milà
( La Pedrera) and La Sagrada Familia, just a ten minute
walk from either one. Also Casa Batlló is just
a short walk of 800 meters away.

Conditions
-To
confirm a booking, you will be asked to make a pre-payment
as a guarantee of your reservation. The amount of this
pre-payment will be the result obtained by adding the
20% of the total cost of your stay (to be deducted from
the total cost).
The total amount of this payment is to be made by:
-Credit Card (we accept Visa, Mastercard and American
Express).
-Bank transfer to the our bank account (bank information
will be sent to you
by
e-mail).
-When
making the bank transfer, you must fax a copy of the
bank transfer document to the fax number: Important!: We can only hold a reservation during
2 days from the date of your pre-reservation. After
this delay we may cancel your reservation and give the
apartment to other people.
-When receiving the notification of your bank transfer,
we will send you by e-mail our confirmation and state
the pending amount. This one, will be payed to arrival
in Barcelona, the payment will have to be made cash
in Euros.
In our confirmation e-mail, we will remind you the exact
address of the apartment and give you the number of
our private mobile phone to contact upon your arrival,
and to do check/in.
