A bright two bedroom apartment with a glass-enclosed balcony, air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet access, central heating and a fully equipped kitchen.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor (with lift) of a 100 year old modernist building, renovated out- and inside. The floors are still the original colourful mosaic.

The location is very centric, halfway between Casa Milà ( La Pedrera) and La Sagrada Familia, just a ten minute walk from either one. (you can see the tips of La Sagrada Familia from the enclosed balcony). Also Casa Batlló is just a short walk of 800 meters away.
The subway station of Verdaguer is 200 meters away. This station is both on the yellow and the blue subway lines. The Center of the city, Plaza Catalunya is only 3 stops away, the Old Cathedral, Gothic Quarter and the Picasso Museum are 4 stops away, while the beaches are 5 stops away.

The apartment is furnished with a double bed (140x200 cm), a sofa bed, two single beds (90x190 cm), a dining table and six chairs, two armoires, a 21" TV, DVD player, stereo, and washing machine. We provide an iron and ironing board, hair-dryer, bed-linens and towels as well.
The apartment sleeps 5 although an occupancy of 4 would be the ideal.

Booking Conditions

-To confirm a booking, you will be asked to make a pre-payment as a guarantee of your reservation. The amount of this pre-payment will be the result obtained by adding the 20% of the total cost of your stay (to be deducted from the total cost).
The total amount of this payment is to be made by:
-Credit Card (we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express).
-Bank transfer to the our bank account (bank information will be sent to you
by e-mail).

-When making the bank transfer, you must fax a copy of the bank transfer document to the fax number:
Important!: We can only hold a reservation during 2 days from the date of your pre-reservation. After this delay we may cancel your reservation and give the apartment to other people.

-When receiving the notification of your bank transfer, we will send you by e-mail our confirmation and state the pending amount. This one, will be payed to arrival in Barcelona, the payment will have to be made cash in Euros.
In our confirmation e-mail, we will remind you the exact address of the apartment and give you the number of our private mobile phone to contact upon your arrival, and to do check/in.
