Apartments is located just a few minutes from Sants Station and  the Barcelona exhibition and International Fair site of Plaza España.  The neighbourhood is quiet with a variety of restaurants and shops but it is also very close to the centre of Barcelona.  You will be able to reach all the tourist areas and activities in a very short time without being molested by urban noise while in your accommodation.

These apartments are new and comfortable with great light throughout.  All of them are equipped with heater and air-conditioning.  They include, a spacious living-dining room, wide two double sofa-bed, TV with TDT, DVD, a full American style kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, extractor fan, washer-drier, dishwasher, pots, pans, cutlery and crockery, coffee-maker, kettle, toaster and juicer. 

This apartment Duplex has one double bedroom with two single beds, (beside has a small terrace) bedside tables, two lamps, a fitted wardrobe and a great window that illuminates the whole room. Two fully fitted bathrooms one of them has a shower with sliding door. also has a small terrace
Sheets and towels are included.

Booking Conditions

-To confirm a booking, you will be asked to make a pre-payment as a guarantee of your reservation. The amount of this pre-payment will be the result obtained by adding the 20% of the total cost of your stay (to be deducted from the total cost).
The total amount of this payment is to be made by:
-Credit Card (we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express).
-Bank transfer to the our bank account (bank information will be sent to you
by e-mail).

-When making the bank transfer, you must fax a copy of the bank transfer document to the fax number:
Important!: We can only hold a reservation during 2 days from the date of your pre-reservation. After this delay we may cancel your reservation and give the apartment to other people.

-When receiving the notification of your bank transfer, we will send you by e-mail our confirmation and state the pending amount. This one, will be payed to arrival in Barcelona, the payment will have to be made cash in Euros.
In our confirmation e-mail, we will remind you the exact address of the apartment and give you the number of our private mobile phone to contact upon your arrival, and to do check/in.
