Big and bright and with views 6 bedroom apartment, on 4th floor, with elevator,
and 2 bathrooms. This apartment still has the decorated original ceilings, as well as the original woodwork on the doors and windows.

The apartment sleeps 11 (all in beds) although an occupancy of 8 or 9 would be the ideal.
The apartment is distributed as follows:
Bathroom 1: toilet, bathtub, sink.
Bathroom 2a: toilet and sink.
Bathroom 2b: Shower and sink.

Three big bedrooms with double beds.
Two bedrooms with two single beds each.
One bedroom with one single bed.
Dining room with seating/tables for 12.
Kitchen and breakfast area with seating for 7.
Note the kitchen is small but fully equipped, with dishwasher, oven, microwave. and fridge.

Booking Conditions

-To confirm a booking, you will be asked to make a pre-payment as a guarantee of your reservation. The amount of this pre-payment will be the result obtained by adding the 20% of the total cost of your stay (to be deducted from the total cost).
The total amount of this payment is to be made by:
-Credit Card (we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express).
-Bank transfer to the our bank account (bank information will be sent to you
by e-mail).

-When making the bank transfer, you must fax a copy of the bank transfer document to the fax number:
Important!: We can only hold a reservation during 2 days from the date of your pre-reservation. After this delay we may cancel your reservation and give the apartment to other people.

-When receiving the notification of your bank transfer, we will send you by e-mail our confirmation and state the pending amount. This one, will be payed to arrival in Barcelona, the payment will have to be made cash in Euros.
In our confirmation e-mail, we will remind you the exact address of the apartment and give you the number of our private mobile phone to contact upon your arrival, and to do check/in.
