This comfortable apartment is located in the centre, the historic district of Barcelona, "El Raval" bordering L'Eixample, just next to the "Rambla del Raval" and the MACBA (Center for Contemporary Culture). By walking 5 minutes you'll find Las Ramblas , Plaza de Catalunya , Barrio Gótico y Paseo de Gracia, can easily be reached by foot.

This spacious apartment has 4 bedrooms:
3 double bedrooms: one with a double bed, the others one with two single beds.
1 single bedrooms with single bed . The living room has two double sofa bed, TV, and DVD. completely equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven and all the amenities. There are 2 bathrooms complete with shower.

Booking Conditions

-To confirm a booking, you will be asked to make a pre-payment as a guarantee of your reservation. The amount of this pre-payment will be the result obtained by adding the 20% of the total cost of your stay (to be deducted from the total cost).
The total amount of this payment is to be made by:
-Credit Card (we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express).
-Bank transfer to the our bank account (bank information will be sent to you
by e-mail).

-When making the bank transfer, you must fax a copy of the bank transfer document to the fax number:
Important!: We can only hold a reservation during 2 days from the date of your pre-reservation. After this delay we may cancel your reservation and give the apartment to other people.

-When receiving the notification of your bank transfer, we will send you by e-mail our confirmation and state the pending amount. This one, will be payed to arrival in Barcelona, the payment will have to be made cash in Euros.
In our confirmation e-mail, we will remind you the exact address of the apartment and give you the number of our private mobile phone to contact upon your arrival, and to do check/in.
