Apartment on 4th floor, with elevator, and two bathrooms. This apartment still has the decorated original ceilings.
The apartment sleeps 9 (8 in beds) and an occupancy of 6 to 8 would be ideal.
Fully equipped big kitchen. Air conditioning (living room and master bedroom).

Four big bedrooms with double beds:

Two bedrooms with two single beds each.
Two bedrooms with a double bed.

Rent in monthly bases is available.

Booking Conditions

-To confirm a booking, you will be asked to make a pre-payment as a guarantee of your reservation. The amount of this pre-payment will be the result obtained by adding the 20% of the total cost of your stay (to be deducted from the total cost).
The total amount of this payment is to be made by:
-Credit Card (we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express).
-Bank transfer to the our bank account (bank information will be sent to you
by e-mail).

-When making the bank transfer, you must fax a copy of the bank transfer document to the fax number:

Important!: We can only hold a reservation during 2 days from the date of your pre-reservation. After this delay we may cancel your reservation and give the apartment to other people.

-When receiving the notification of your bank transfer, we will send you by e-mail our confirmation and state the pending amount. This one, will be payed to arrival in Barcelona, the payment will have to be made cash in Euros.
In our confirmation e-mail, we will remind you the exact address of the apartment and give you the number of our private mobile phone to contact upon your arrival, and to do check/in.
