This apartment is set on the first floor (without elevator access). Its location close to the district’s metro station makes sightseeing easy. The recently renovated interior features contemporary design, and comes with one double bedroom, bathroom with shower, lounge-diner with double sofa bed and kitchenette.

Fully equipped, down to the last detail. Each apartment provides all accessories: dishware, tableware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, juicer, refrigerator, vitroceramic plates, regular oven, microwave oven, toaster, etc.

For an agreeable stay, the apartments feature free Internet connection (ADSL), heating and cooling, television with international channels, safe, musical equipment, washer, hair dryer, iron, towels, sheets, blankets, eiderdown quilts and Nordic covers.

The apartments are close to a train station, a metro stop and various bus lines allowing easy access to the rest of the city and other places of touristic interest, such as Las Ramblas, the Sagrada Familiaor the Güell Park.

Booking Conditions

-To confirm a booking, you will be asked to make a pre-payment as a guarantee of your reservation. The amount of this pre-payment will be the result obtained by adding the 20% of the total cost of your stay (to be deducted from the total cost).
The total amount of this payment is to be made by:
-Credit Card (we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express).
-Bank transfer to the our bank account (bank information will be sent to you
by e-mail).

-When making the bank transfer, you must fax a copy of the bank transfer document to the fax number:
Important!: We can only hold a reservation during 2 days from the date of your pre-reservation. After this delay we may cancel your reservation and give the apartment to other people.

-When receiving the notification of your bank transfer, we will send you by e-mail our confirmation and state the pending amount. This one, will be payed to arrival in Barcelona, the payment will have to be made cash in Euros.
In our confirmation e-mail, we will remind you the exact address of the apartment and give you the number of our private mobile phone to contact upon your arrival, and to do check/in.
