Description

In front of Liceu Metro Station (L3, green line), this flat has de best location of the city. Between Liceu and Boqueria Marquet, in Rambles Street, main historical street, and also just a 5 minutes walking from big yacht harbour and less than 10 minutes from the beach. You can visit Barcelona Cathedral, Catalunya Square, old city, beaches, etc., in few minutes! And you can make shopping everywhere!

This is an exclusive new apartment. It has 4 double rooms (each one with its balcony) and two complet bath-rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is an spacious living-room with 3 balconies where you can see Rambles street live. No noise: insulating crystals. All the floor is wooden parquet. Also let us know if you need a baby cot. Flat is for 8 people, but you can ask for an extra bed (only for kids).

Booking Conditions

-To confirm a booking, you will be asked to make a pre-payment as a guarantee of your reservation. The amount of this pre-payment will be the result obtained by adding the 20% of the total cost of your stay (to be deducted from the total cost).
The total amount of this payment is to be made by:
-Credit Card (we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express).
-Bank transfer to the our bank account (bank information will be sent to you
by e-mail).

-When making the bank transfer, you must fax a copy of the bank transfer document to the fax number:
Important!: We can only hold a reservation during 2 days from the date of your pre-reservation. After this delay we may cancel your reservation and give the apartment to other people.

-When receiving the notification of your bank transfer, we will send you by e-mail our confirmation and state the pending amount. This one, will be payed to arrival in Barcelona, the payment will have to be made cash in Euros.
In our confirmation e-mail, we will remind you the exact address of the apartment and give you the number of our private mobile phone to contact upon your arrival, and to do check/in.
