Rustic two bedroom apartment on the top floor with furnished private terrace.

The bed arrangements are: One double bed, two single beds, one sofa-bed. Cool fully equipped kitchen with granite bar.
The apartment sleeps 5 (4 in beds) although an occupancy of 4 would be the ideal.

Please note that the building does not have an elevator and there are 5 floors to climb to get to the apartment.

Apartment in the pictured building. Very close to Sta Maria del Mar, the Marina in the seaport, the Cathedral, the Picasso Museum, Las Ramblas and the beaches. This is an ancient neighborhood which is strongly gentrified.

Booking Conditions

-To confirm a booking, you will be asked to make a pre-payment as a guarantee of your reservation. The amount of this pre-payment will be the result obtained by adding the 20% of the total cost of your stay (to be deducted from the total cost).
The total amount of this payment is to be made by:
-Credit Card (we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express).
-Bank transfer to the our bank account (bank information will be sent to you
by e-mail).

-When making the bank transfer, you must fax a copy of the bank transfer document to the fax number:
Important!: We can only hold a reservation during 2 days from the date of your pre-reservation. After this delay we may cancel your reservation and give the apartment to other people.

-When receiving the notification of your bank transfer, we will send you by e-mail our confirmation and state the pending amount. This one, will be payed to arrival in Barcelona, the payment will have to be made cash in Euros.
In our confirmation e-mail, we will remind you the exact address of the apartment and give you the number of our private mobile phone to contact upon your arrival, and to do check/in.
