This spacious apartment is located in a nice and safe area of Barcelona city centre! Apartment located in the residential and modernist area of the city centre. It is only a few steps away from the Paseo de Gracia, one of Barcelona's nicest avenues with impressive architecture. It is a very convenient and a recommended area for families and groups of friends, as it is safe and close to many shops, bars, restaurants and tourist attractions.
The apartment has 5 bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed. There is three bedroom with two single beds, another with a single bed which also has a batroom in suite. There are three bathroom with bathtub and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, and all the necessities. The washing machine and the clothes dryer are on a small balcony in the internal patio. The parquet floored living / dining room is spacious, comfortable and bright thanks to big windows that open onto yet another balcony. Conditions
-To
confirm a booking, you will be asked to make a pre-payment
as a guarantee of your reservation. The amount of this
pre-payment will be the result obtained by adding the
20% of the total cost of your stay (to be deducted from
the total cost).
The total amount of this payment is to be made by:
-Credit Card (we accept Visa, Mastercard and American
Express).
-Bank transfer to the our bank account (bank information
will be sent to you
by
e-mail).
-When
making the bank transfer, you must fax a copy of the
bank transfer document to the fax number: Important!: We can only hold a reservation during
2 days from the date of your pre-reservation. After
this delay we may cancel your reservation and give the
apartment to other people.
-When receiving the notification of your bank transfer,
we will send you by e-mail our confirmation and state
the pending amount. This one, will be payed to arrival
in Barcelona, the payment will have to be made cash
in Euros.
In our confirmation e-mail, we will remind you the exact
address of the apartment and give you the number of
our private mobile phone to contact upon your arrival,
and to do check/in.
